Nonthaburi is located to the north of Bangkok on the Chao Phraya River and covers an area of 622.3km2. The province is divided into 6 districts, Mueang Nonthaburi, Bang Kruai, Bang Yai, Bang Bua Thong, Sai Noi and Pak Kret. Nonthaburi makes a great day away from Bangkok City and is full of historical temples, fruit/flower plantations.

*The Prathom Nonthaburi Palace- Beautiful palace which has a Thai and European design to it.
*Sai Noi Floating Market
*Ko Kret- Small island in the Chao Phraya River. Pottery craftsman live here and the island is easily accessible by boat from Wat Sanom Nua.
